R+O was founded by Michael and Nick, who have over 35 years of industry experience between them. Both were previously supervisors for the same electrical contractors, and their working relationship and affinity led to the creation of their business.
As directors they both share the same vision and promote excellence through their belief that ‘you are only as good as your last job’.
